Job Purpose

The Fitness Live & Content Host is a hybrid role that combines live selling, educational fitness presentation, and content creation. You will represent our FEXPERT brand and its exclusive Workout Mastery (FWM) concept — helping customers understand how to use our fitness machines effectively while driving product sales through TikTok Live, Shopee Live, and Webinars. This position is ideal for a fitness enthusiast who is confident on camera, knows how to communicate workout benefits clearly, and can create engaging short videos that educate and convert.

Requirements

  • Passionate about fitness, gym training, and health products.

  • Confident personality with strong camera presence and clear communication skills.

  • Experience in TikTok Live / Shopee Live / Social Media Video Creation is an advantage.

  • Able to demonstrate gym equipment use and basic workout forms.

  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is a bonus).

  • Creative, proactive, and willing to learn new digital marketing skills.

  • Flexible and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

1. Live Hosting & Product Presentation

  • Host engaging TikTok and Shopee Live sessions to promote fitness machines and FWM workout programs.

  • Conduct educational webinars to explain the FEXPERT concept — “Machine with Expert Coaching.”

  • Demonstrate fitness machines and correct workout techniques confidently and safely.

  • Answer live questions and interact with the audience to build trust and drive sales.

2. Content Creation & Video Production

  • Produce short videos that showcase workout demonstrations, product tips, or success stories.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video ideas that attract new audiences.

  • Create tutorial-style clips that explain how to use each FEXPERT machine with expert-level clarity.

  • Stay on top of TikTok trends and creatively adapt them to fitness product content.

3. Marketing & Performance Tracking

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align content with ongoing campaigns.

  • Track live session performance, analyze engagement metrics, and suggest improvements.

  • Continuously refine hosting style, video scripting, and visual presentation to boost viewer retention.
