Job Purpose

Position Summary We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and data-driven Content Creator & Video Talent who can transform our brand stories into engaging short videos that attract followers, build trust, and drive sales conversion.

You are not just producing videos — you are building the brand’s growth flywheel on TikTok and beyond. Your content will inspire, entertain, and convert — making our brands FitExperte and VetraXX recognizable, relatable, and irresistible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in TikTok or short-form video content creation.

  • Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent.

  • Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and storytelling.

  • Strong creative direction and confidence in front of the camera.

  • Able to plan, shoot, and edit content independently.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).

  • Passion for fitness or sports is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Short-Form Video Creation & On-Camera Performance Plan, script, shoot, and edit high-quality TikTok videos for our key product categories: Fitness Equipment, Pickleball Gear, and Activewear.

  • Appear confidently on-camera for TikTok, Shopee Live, and other brand content.

  • Collaborate with KOLs and influencers to co-create authentic, high-engagement videos.

Deliverables

  • Product SKU Level: Minimum 6 videos per SKU.

  • Brand/Category Level: Minimum 20 videos per month.

  • Content Strategy & Trend Integration Develop content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal events.

  • Identify and test viral video formats, trends, and sounds to maximize reach.

  • Integrate all video efforts into the Brand Flywheel Growth System to ensure every video drives traffic, trust, and conversion.

  • Brand Engagement & Community Building Create content that encourages interaction and community participation.

  • Monitor comments, trends, and analytics to continuously improve future content.

  • Engage actively with the TikTok community through comments, duets, and reposts to strengthen brand presence.

  • Visual Consistency & Cross-Team Collaboration Work with designers and the marketing team to maintain brand-consistent visuals.

  • Ensure every video visually and emotionally aligns with brand identity and tone.
